ניתן להחליף או להחזיר אלינו כל מוצר, כל עוד לא נעשה בו שימוש או לא נגרם לו נזק או פגם, ושהמוצר חדש באריזה המקורית.
ע"י משלוח החזרת המוצר אלינו באמצעות חברת שליחויות איתה אנו עובדים בעלות של 35 ש״ח או בהחזרה לחנות הפיזית שלנו ברחוב, פלוטיצקי 12, עד 14 יום לאחר קבלת המוצר.

לאחר 14 יום לא תתאפשר החלפה או החזר
החזר כספי – ניתן החזר כספי מלא על המוצר ( ללא עלות המשלוח ) לאחר קבלתו ובניכוי 5 אחוז
ההחזר הכספי יעשה באותו אמצעי תשלום אשר בו נרכש המוצר עד 10 ימי עסקים מעת החזרת המוצר .
